On Eric’s first date with his wife 13 years ago, she asked him what his dream life looked like. He said: “A little house by the beach, time to throw pottery, and a bomb burrito shop.”

 

Fast forward a move to Montana, 2 kids, plus one on the way, a move back to the central coast, and here he is in beautiful Pismo Beach making it happen.

 

After 30 years in the restaurant world—cooking, bartending, managing, serving—he’s done just about everything you can do in the business. Along the way, he picked up recipes, tricks, and plenty of wisdom from the people he worked alongside. A few extra special people taught him how to create dining experiences and tastes that people will enjoy and remember. 

 

Now he’s putting it all into one place: a spot by the beach where the burritos are big, the flavors are bold, and the vibe is easy.

 

Dreams don’t always come true overnight… Praise the Lord this one finally did!
